1. Booking Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations Made 48 Hours Prior to Visit: Full refund (100%) or free date change, minus any non-refundable payment gateway processing fees.
- Cancellations Made 24–48 Hours Prior to Visit: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations Within 24 Hours or Same-Day No-Shows: Non-refundable. No date transfers or refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or non-attendance.
2. Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Weather or Operational Issues
If Khatod Farms needs to temporarily pause operations due to extreme adverse weather, safety concerns, or government mandates, guests will be offered:
- A full 100% refund OR
- The option to reschedule their visit to any future available date without extra charge.
3. Refund Processing & Timelines
- Approved refund requests will be initiated immediately.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the original source account (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) used during payment via Razorpay.
- Standard refunds take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on bank processing schedules.
