At Khatod Farms, we provide agri-tourism experiences, day picnic packages, and event bookings. Since we do not sell physical shipped goods, all entry passes and package confirmations are delivered digitally.
1. Digital Ticket Delivery
- Instant Confirmation: Upon successful payment via Razorpay, your booking confirmation details and E-Pass/Ticket ID will be generated immediately on-screen.
- Email & SMS/WhatsApp Notification: A digital booking confirmation containing your Booking ID, package details, visit date, and payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number within 15 to 30 minutes of payment confirmation.
2. Entry Redemption at Farm
- Guests must present the digital booking confirmation (SMS, WhatsApp message, or Email receipt) along with a valid Government-issued Photo ID at the Khatod Farms entry gate/reception on the day of the visit.
- Physical tickets are not required. Showing the confirmation on your mobile phone is sufficient for entry.
3. Delayed Confirmation
If you have completed payment but have not received your booking confirmation within 1 hour:
- Check your Email Spam/Junk folder.
- Contact our support team with your transaction reference number for immediate assistance.
